Sunsetting ZKsync Lite is a technical/operational cleanup of a legacy system, not a new product, tokenomics change, or major upgrade. User funds remain claimable and other ZKsync systems are unaffected, so fundamentals and TVL shouldn’t materially change. The market has ample time to price this in, limiting volatility. Only if headlines are misunderstood as “ZKsync shutting down” could short-lived FUD or arbitrage opportunities appear around the cutoff date.
